What's a credit?
Credits are how we meter AI generation. 1K image = 1 credit, 2K = 3, 4K = 6. Titles, tags and descriptions are free once you have an active plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset every month. Top-up credits roll over for as long as your subscription is active, plus a 30-day grace period after cancellation.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — Stripe handles the prorated change instantly. Upgrading mid-cycle is charged at the daily rate; downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund on your first paid month — no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
Nope. The Free Trial includes 10 credits on signup, no card required. Add one only when you're ready for Pro or Studio.
Where does my data live?
On servers in the EU. We never resell your data and you can export or delete everything from the Profile settings.
